We are seeking an experienced Staffing Service sales and marketing representative with the ability to develop business and build census in a Skilled Service environment in the Palos Verdes area, Beaches Areas, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, etc. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker preferably with established relationships within the Staffing Service and community. As a Sales / Marketing Representative you will be expected to act as a liaison between your agency and the community at large with a focus on residential population. You will be called upon to track referral trends, identify internal and external barriers, and execute strategic and effective marketing plans that result in census building. This is a hand on position and will entail direct interaction with service documentation and effective communication with families, and other employers. A strong work ethics and positive attitude is a must.

The ideal candidate should be bilingual Spanish/English, have a passion for technology, social media/social sharing, marketing, and possess overall resourcefulness. Also has to know how to make Web-side modification and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

The Marketing Intern will be working closely with the marketing team on the following projects:

Researching the latest social media and mobile trends and media outlets
Monitoring press coverage and social media
Drafting and assisting with creation of blogs, articles, case studies, etc.
Assist with creation of marketing collateral (copy for ads, website, case studies, etc)
Various research tasks

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft office, Word,  Excel & QuickBook
• Must know how to use Twitter, Facebook, Google . Knowledge of social monitoring tools preferred
• Current upper div. undergraduate or recent graduate-Business Admin, Marketing, or Communications.
• Established contacts with residential families sources in the Greater Los Angeles areas.
• Excellent communication skills, relationship building capabilities, follow-up and customer

Responsibilities:

• Budget-related projects with VP and Business Manger
• Process data into invoice tracking system once approvals have been made.
• Work closely to confirm status of payments and ensure timely release.
• Perpetuates a positive image throughout the community.
• Is a problem solver and liaison between client and their families and the agency.
• Partners with other field representatives and department leaders to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Maintains organized account information on each client, tracking client data, key referral accounts and potential problems.
• Provide information and education while out in the field to staffing  professionals, facilities, organizations and consumers regarding services offered.
